I was very amused by how the Democratic primary came out in my city.  It has nothing to do with the broader world, but since CNN let me look, I checked.

Obama beat Clinton by... 15 votes.  Out of more than 24,000 cast.  Edwards got 225 votes.  Yes, the difference between the frontrunners is the *square root* of the votes for someone not even in the race any more.  Gotta love it.

(I also noticed in the city's weekly paper this morning that, by contrast, almost twice as many people from my city gave money to Obama than to Clinton.  Also that people from there who donate during the primaries, donate rather a lot (Clinton, Obama, and Romney each averaged over $1k/donor). 

Worth nothing, just part of the fun...
