Thanks. I liked it. I had no idea if catalpa92 would actually accept/wear such a thing, but he actually quite appreciated the idea (and the result).
You'd've thought that *at* *his* *work* the colors etc would have been a massive clue (I did). But it still took some people a while.
Anyway, it was fun. It's the first in what seems to be a series of geek scarves (I got WAY too much of the yarn). Something geeky and slightly time-consuming to plan, where the knitting is basically just knit the whole time (no cool stitch patterns). Not usually my thing, but I wanted projects to do at social events, and simple knitting makes life much easier for that.
