Liver Juice

1/4 cup Irish moss [This cookbook is from Wisconsin--?!?!]
2 cups boiling water
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup sugar

So, you put carageenan in your lemonade (which is what Irish Moss is, really) and you get... thick lemonade?
